| Agricultural research institutes had the functions of the research innovation, demonstration and the non-profit service. Target assessment on the institute could comprehensively appraise the work of the institute that had an important significance in the overall development of agricultural scientific research institute. This paper discussed the significances, principles and construction of index systems of target assessment on the institute from the perspective of the provincial academy of agricultural sciences. |
