| 土地流转是当前农村土地制度创新的一种有效形式,我国的农村土地流转总体上呈现良好的趋势。但不可避免的是,在农村土地流转过程中,种种侵害农民土地权益的情况时有发生,严重损害了农民的利益。该文从对农村土地流转的概念界定及流转形式考察出发, 分析了我国农村土地流转过程中存在的侵害农民权益的现象,并就如何合理规范土地流转、保障农民权益提出了相关建议。 |

| Rural land circulation is a kind of effective form for the innovation of current rural land system. China''s rural land circulation generally presented good trend, but aggressing upon farm''s land right often unavoidably happened in the process of rural land circulation, seriously damaged the farmers'' interest. Based on the concept definition of rural land circulation and circulation form, the author analyzed the phenomenon of aggressing upon farm''s right, and put forward related suggestions on how to standardize the land circulation and protect farmers'' rights. |
