| Since “11th five-year plan”, China intensifies the fund invest for the national institutions of agricultural scientific research. How to increase budget implementation and improve the utilization of the investment is an important task facing the agricultural scientific research institute. This paper, based on the author''s work experience, deeply analyzed the main problems existing in the budget implementation management of the agricultural scientific research institutes, and pointed out the main measures to speed up the budget implementation. |
