| With the establishment and improvement of the socialist market economy, the financial management environment, objectives and contents in agricultural scientific research institution changed a lot. On the basis of the allocation of resources in agricultural scientific research institutions, this paper studied the main problems restricting current fund allocation efficiency, and discussed innovation measures for financial management in the agricultural scientific research institution. |
