| This paper introduced the measures adopted by agricultural products development service center of ministry of agriculture to solve the problems that budget compile was coarse, budget execution was dreadful, i.e., to strengthen the budget constraints and pay attention to the budget planning according to the requirements of the refine management; to strengthen the system establishing of financial management in accordance with law; to take effective measures and strictly implement budget. |
