| According to the characteristics of professional degree graduates for education of application and comprehensive personnel, the paper discusses and analyses current status of the capacity building of agricultural extension staffs and how to enhance the capacity building of agricultural extension staffs in real applications. It also prefers to measures in increasing the development both in Chinese agricultural technology extension system and agricultural research activities. |
