| Abstract: |
| Aiming at increasing financial investment in central public research institutes, establishing a stable invest mechanism, and promoting the ability of sustainable innovation, the Central Finance especially set up the Fundamental Research Funds. From the management view point of Ministry of Agriculture of People''s Republic of China, this paper reviewed the management experience and effect of Fundamental Research Funds over the Eleventh Five-Year Plan, and further put forward several proposals for strengthening the management of the funds. |
