| This paper analyzed the characteristics and management requirements of Fundamental Research Funds. Combining with the ISO9000process method, it introduced the main methods for improving the process management of Fundamental Research Funds in practices, which provided theoretical and empirical basis for the exploration and improvement of the management mode of the Fundamental Research Funds in future. |
