| The features and advantages of science and technology innovation in university were source power for improving the influence of university, while spread and application of the achievements were the "productivity", meanwhile, actively participation was in favor of enhancing the social influence; science and technology innovation platform was useful for strengthening university science and technology competitiveness; and seizing historic opportunity can promote the development of science and technology. |
