| 我国现代农业科技发展是社会经济发展的基础,当前我国农业科技整体水平不高,需要建立积极有效体制机制,保证农业科技全面发展,提高农业成果转化效率。我国对农业科技发展的投入不足导致农业科研人员整体素质不高,严重影响农业科技的发展。现阶段需要加大农业资金投入力度,完善农业科研管理体系,提高农业科研成果转化率,建立现代科技农业发展体系。 |
