| 我国长期采用的工业与城市偏向型发展模式,导致了农村的经济发展与基本公共服务供给水平远远落后于城镇。长久下去,这种现象会影响到我国的社会稳定与全面小康社会的建设。该文通过分析我国城乡基本公共服务供给失衡的现状与原因,提出我国应大力发展乡村经济、建立高效合理的地方财政转移支付制度,从而提高我国农村基本公共设施、文化、基础教育及社会保障等基本公共服务的供给力度。 |

| China''s country is far behind the development of economy and infrastructure in the town due to unbalanced develop mode of the industrialization and urbanization for a long period, which could undermine the social stability and moderately prosperous society construction. This paper analyzed the status and causes of rural basic public service, and put forward some suggestions that China should vigorously develop the rural economy, establish an effective and reasonable local fiscal transfer payment system, improve the supply of rural basic public services, including rural basic facilities, culture, basic education, social security and so on |
