| This paper summarized the implementation situation of the special funds of renovation and purchase. The implementation effects of in house repaired, reconstruction of basic facilities and the purchased of the instrument and equipment were described. The experiences and problems of integrated and shared on the management of the instrument and equipment were put forward. |
