江西省农科院科技创新体系建设探讨

摘要:
江西省农科院“十一五”期间取得了重要成果,但快速发展背后仍隐藏着不可忽视的问题。打破科技创新瓶颈,务必遵循两个实际,瞄准三个出发点,坚持五大结合,围绕六个方面,形成以国家级创新中心为核心,以省级、区域性创新中心为支撑,以实验站、观测点为网络的新型农业科技创新体系。

Abstract:
Jiangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences has obtained great achievements during the Eleventh Five-Year period, but it is still facing some challenges. To break sci-tech innovation bottlenecks, this paper suggested that it should follow the realities, set aims, and establish new agricultural sci-tech innovation system which comprised of the state-level innovation center, the regional innovation center, and the experimental station.
