| In this paper, the main policies, principles, methods, finance and economics disciplines, rules and regulations etc., which were used for the process of Chinese agricultural research projects funding budget preparation and implementation, were briefly introduced. Also, the main problems encountered in the implementation process of agricultural research projects funding budget were analyzed. Finally, how to improve agricultural research projects funding budget preparation and implementation in the future were discussed. |
