| The construction of effective supervision mechanism on public bidding played significant role in ensuring the project safety and personnel probity in agricultural scientific research institutes. Aiming at the present situation and problems of bidding supervision, this paper put forward some suggestions to prefect the mechanism in the bidding supervision by the investigation methods. |
