| Under the background of seed industry science and technology competition. This paper provides an analytical overview of Agricultural knowledge property rights in Public Research Institutions. Among other things, the results show that the Agricultural knowledge property rights is so important for Public Research Institutions., as are the problems that modern science and technology innovation mechanism of system reform of the theory and practice of the inevitable choice. |
