当前大部分事业单位都在积极探索从传统人事管理向现代人力资源管理转变的途径,在这一过程中普遍存在着许多问题与不足,导致事业单位人力资源管理效率与效益双低的局面,无法为事业单位持续发展提供根本智力保障。事业单位只有正确认识人力资源管理创新的迫切性,进一步寻求新的思路和作法,加大人力资源管理改善与创新力度,创新人力资源管理方式、创新人力资源管理内容、创新人力资源管理队伍等,才能减少事业单位人事改革的难度和不确定性,实现事业单位人力资源建设的有序推进。 |

The majority of institutions are actively exploring the way for change the traditional to modern human resource management, but the process may have many problems and shortcomings, which led the low efficiency of human resource management, and can not provide the sustainable development of the fundamental institutions. Some suggestions were finally put forward such as understanding the importance of human resource management innovation, searching for new ideas to improve human resource management, innovate management mode, content, team, etc., for the purpose of reducing the uncertainty of institutions reform and improving the development of human resources. |
