| 该文以邯郸市农业科学院为例,阐述了地市级农业科研院所搞好自主创新的必要性,即未来科技指导方针的要求,农业生产特殊性的要求,知识产权保护和农民增产增收的需要等。同时,论述了该院全力搞好自主创新,为农业增产培育重大成果以及在此过程中积累的成功经验与做法,即坚持稳定项目,科研创新,注重培养人才,搞好交流与合作,坚持为“三农”等服务。 |
