| Taking Binhai modern agricultural scientific and technological achievements transformation base for an example， based on the construction of a platform for science and technology innovation， the paper analyzed the ne- cessities， characters and functions of constructing modern agricultural scientific bases. The future developing ideas of this scientific base， including seeking fund support， enhancing the talent team-building and insisting on foreign cooperation and exchange， were also discussed. |
