| 实施知识产权全程管理，合理规避知识产权风险，是我国农业科研机构实施知识产权战略的工作 重心。文章主要从知识产权信息分析与诊断、知识产权报告与评审、知识产权申请与立体保护、知识产权 维持与评议、知识产权转让与收益分配等方面，详细介绍了农业科研机构实施知识产权全程管理的基本原 则、主要内容和操作机制等，最后提出实施知识产权全程管理的工作建议。 |

| Agricultural research organizations should concentrate on intellectual property（IP） lifecycle manage- ment to avoid legal risks when carrying out the IP strategy and programs. The paper elaborated the fundamental re- quirements， key points and operation mechanism through the whole process of IP lifecycle management， including IP informatics and IP-audit， report and review， application and protection， maintenance and evaluation， transfer and revenue assignment. Finally， some practical suggestions on promoting IP lifecycle management were presented. |
