| This paper put forward some suggestions and countermeasures on how to accelerate mechanism innova- tion of the scientific research funds management and to efficiently use scientific research funds， which included im- proving the working mechanism， strengthening the system construction， improving the financial internal control mechanism， strengthening the budget management function， promoting the information disclosure and improving the funds supervision mechanism . |
