| China's major science and technology infrastructure is invested and constructed by China government for national science and technology breakthroughs and tackling issues regarding to national security with the economic and social development. Enhancing agricultural science and technology infrastructure played a strategical role in cultivating agricultural innovation and strengthening the support to modern agricultural development. |
