| By the investigation，the achievements of Xianyang agricultural science and technology and the weak- points of agricultural science and technology innovation were summarized. And then， the paper proposed some sug- gestions for improving the level of agricultural science and technology in Xiayang， including increasing support based on the coorderated resource and the advantage，taking all measures to speed up the transformation of the tech- nologies，standarding the technology management and service，consolidating the new bases，improving the financial cooperation，encouraging the young people to build up their own business etc. |
