| Based on many years' experience in the scientific research management, this article analyzed the main problems in the development of Xingtai modern agriculture, discussed how to promote the agricultural development mode change through relying on scientific and technological progress from aspects of "four modernizations", i.e., land large-scale, mechanization of farming, scientific cultivation and resource saving. It could put a new idea for the development of agriculture in the strategic transition of Xingtai, Hebei province. |
