| 2006年财政部正式立项设立中央级科学事业单位修缮购置专项资金项目以来，到2014年热科院环植所共获得修购专项支持项目19项，批复金额总计达4477万元。修购专项的实施使该所的综合实力得到了极大的提升，科学研究方向得到了很大的促进作用。该文回顾了热科院环植所专项实施以来的实施成效和项目管理经验，对进一步改进专项管理、充分发挥专项绩效进行了探讨。 |

| Abstract: |
| Since 2006, the Ministry of Finance set up the special funds for renovation and purchase for central-level scientific institution. Environment and Plant Protection Institute, Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences (EPPI, CATAS) has been totally approved 19 projects with 44.77 million yuan of this fund by the end of 2014. The implementation of the special fund significantly improved the comprehensive strength and scientific research direction. This paper reviewed the management experience and execution effect since the special items were carried out in EPPI, CATAS, and put forward some suggestions on further improving the special items' management in order to fully bring the performance evaluation. |
