| Management systems and regulations are the guarantee to speed up the implement of special funds for repair and purchase. Conscientiously making phase preparations and management are prerequisite and key to speed up the implement of special funds for repair and purchase. In order to realize the harmonious management of projects, this paper put forward some suggestions, such as improving the management systems, the rules and regulations, enhancing the organization management, and promoting the process management of projects. Moreover, the coordination of all project parties should be implemented well, and the execution progress of projects should be speeded up. |
