新时代下我国事业单位借鉴企业化绩效管理的若干探讨

摘要:
在企业管理中,绩效管理始终受到极大的关注,是公司得以健康发展的有力保障。对于事业单位而言,虽业已引入绩效管理,其概念理论、建设工作、运用方式及达成目标均存在着一定程度的理解偏差或认知模糊,不利于新时代下事业单位的健康发展。文章通过界定事业单位的绩效管理概念,分析其自身特点,同时借鉴总结企业绩效管理的成功经验,对事业单位绩效管理的改进和完善提出一些思路和见解。

Abstract:
Performance management has always been received great concern in enterprise management, which provided a good condition for the healthy development of enterprises. However, there were some differences in performance management between public institution and enterprises, such as concept theory, construction work, operational mode and goal achieving, which leaded to unhealthy development of public institution. This paper aimed to put forward some ideas and suggestions on improving and perfecting the performance management in public institution by defining the concept properly and analyzing the characteristics, and proposed some suggestions by summarizing and learning successful experiences of performance management in enterprises.
