| 文章以江苏省农科院农区所为例，重点分析了新形势下地市级农业科研单位加强学科建设的重要意义，重点阐述了江苏省农科院农区所学科建设的基本思路、建设原则、总体布局和发展重点，在此基础上进一步提出发挥学委会作用、优先满足人才需求、建立多元化激励机制、强化与专业所联合协作、加强考核评估等加快学科建设的对策建议，以期为地市级农业科研单位开展学科建设提供借鉴。 |

| Aiming at the Institute of Farming Region, Jiangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences, this paper emphasized the significance of the discipline construction in agricultural institutes of prefecture-level, elaborated the framework, the criterion as well as the key elements, and put forward some suggestions on providing references in terms of discipline construction of the prefecture-level agricultural institutes, which included playing the role of academic council, meeting the requirements of the experts, enhancing the cooperation of the institutes, promoting the diversified incentive mechanism, and so on. |
