| 湖南农业科研历史悠久，贡献突出，在全国具有一定的优势地位。针对湖南省农业科研与推广的现状，在对湖南农业科研与推广充分调研的基础上，总结了农业科研与推广过程中存在的问题，对制约农业科研与推广的因素进行了分析，提出了改革农业科研推广管理机制、建立稳定的农业科研推广投入机制、建立现代农业产业技术创新团队、强化农技推广体系建设、大力培养农业科技人才、完善评价支持政策等推进农业科研与推广结合的建议。 |

| With a long history and outstanding contribution, agricultural scientific research in Hunan province occupies a dominant position in the whole nation. Aiming at the current situations of agricultural scientific research and extension in Hunan province, based on sufficient investigation for agricultural scientific research and extension in Hunan, this paper summarized some problems in the process of agricultural scientific research and extension, and analyzed the factors of restricting agricultural scientific research and extension. Moreover, this paper proposed some suggestions for promoting combination of agricultural scientific research with promotion, such as reforming agricultural scientific research and promotion management mechanism, establishing investment mechanism and technology innovation team of modern agriculture, strengthening agriculture technology extension system construction, vigorously training agriculture science and technology talents, and perfecting evaluation support policies. |
