| 文章通过调查问卷的形式，从单位基本情况、技术孵化及成果形成、成果评价、成果交易、技术中介服务、政策支持情况、认定评价情况、信息共享情况等方面对江西省农业科学院的技术转移制度体系建设情况进行摸底，寻找江西省农业科学院技术转移制度体系建设存在的问题，并结合该院的实际情况提出相关对策建议，以期为该院及其他相关部门进一步促进科技成果转化制订相关政策提供参考。 |

| Based on the questionnaire forms, this paper summarized the status of technology transfer system in Jiangxi province academy of agricultural sciences from the aspects, such as basic unit information, technology incubation and achievements, achievement evaluation, achievements trade, technology intermediary services, policy support, evaluation situation and information sharing, pointed out the existing problems of technology transfer in the system construction, and put forward related countermeasures in combination with the actual situation, so as to provide the references for the academy and other relevant departments to further promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and formulate relevant policies. |
