| In recent 60 years, especially since the reform and opening-up, agricultural science and technology has made rapid progress. However, the potential productive forces in these agricultural technical achievements are still far from being turned into practical productive forces. The low quantity, quality, scale, speed and efficiency in commercialization of agricultural technical achievements have become the major constraints to the well and fast development of agriculture. |
