| China's economy has entered the new normal, and the "central eight rules", the "three public expenses" opening, and anti-corruption also become normalization.Under the new normal, financial personnel need to immediately adjust the financial management methods that were discomfort, curing, and hindering the economic development, to adapt to the new requirements to the financial work. It should comprehensively promote the institutionalization, standardized and opening of financial work from four aspects of learning, institutional, management, and supervision. |
