| This paper analyzed the present situation and primary problems in materials procurement management in public institutions of agricultural scientific research, and put forward some recommendations for the establishment of materials procurement management aiming at some problems in practical work, so as to enhance the security of research funding in materials procurement and guarantee the rational use of the fiscal funds. |
