| 文章阐明了研究生在农业科研院所中的作用，分析了农业科研院所在研究生招生规模、培养条件、管理机构、机制等方面存在的问题，并就如何提高研究生培养质量、加强导师队伍建设、完善管理制度、加强研究所能力建设、提升研究所创新文化、加大研究生招生制度改革等方面提出了建议及改进措施。 |
