| 近年来，高校研究生招生数量持续增长，带来培养的模式进一步特色化，多样化。高校与科研院所联合培养是研究生培养模式特色化、多样化的体现之一，它在各地方高校、科研院所内得到了广泛应用。然而，这种研究生人才培养模式在管理上还面临着诸多的困境与挑战。文章基于对当今农业科研院所研究生管理现状进行分析的基础上，进一步对当前的管理对策进行探讨与分析。 |

| The expansion of graduate student enrollment in recent years has brought specialization and diversification of the training mode. Joint training of graduate students between universities and research institutes is one of the characteristics of such diversification, which has been widely adopted in regional colleges, universities, and research institutes. However, there are new problems and challenges in terms of management. This paper discussed the current management solutions in agricultural science institutes based on the current status of graduate management. |
