| 文章探讨了农业科研院所服务型基层党组织建设的重要意义、工作目标和重点。分析了目前推进服务型党组织建设的主要做法, 着力在培育党员干部的服务理念, 增强党员干部的服务本领, 建设科学长效服务机制上下功夫。同时提出了以做好“三项服务冶、“三大体系冶、“三个提升冶为宗旨, 拓展创建服务型党组织的新途径。 |

| Abstract: |
| This article discussed the significance, work plan and priorities of the establishment of the service-oriented grassroots Communist Party of China(CPC) Organization in the modern agriculture scientific institutes. It explored the key approaches to promote the establishment of service-oriented CPC organizations, i. e. , focusing on cultivating the idea of service of party cadres, strengthening the service skills of party cadres as well as building the scientific and long-term service mechanism. And then, it pointed out the new approaches on expanding the establishment of service-oriented CPC organization and fulfilling the mission on improving "Three Service","Three System",and "Three Improvement". |
