| The performance budget in agricultural research institutions stillhas some problems, including that the concept of performance is not firmly established, the authenticity of budget account needs to be strengthened, and performance evaluation needs to be improved, etc. This paper put forward some countermeasures to build performance budgeting management system, such as enhancing the organization system construction of management committee, and improving performance appraisal system construction. |
