科技创新工程科研团队岗位体系建设的实践与思考

摘要:
科研团队岗位体系建设作为科技创新工程机制体制创新的重要组成部分,在促进科技创新,推动科研院所可持续发展方面发挥着重要作用,其诸要素协调发展对于提升现代农业科研院所科技创新能力有着极为深远的意义。文章通过剖析中国农业科学院果树研究所科技创新工程科研团队岗位体系的配置构成、功能定位、聘用管理等方面的现状,提出了增强人才团队建设,创新人才流动机制、完善组织保障等方面的管理建议。

PRACTICE AND THOUGHTS ON STRENGTHENING THE CONSTRUCTION OF POSITION SYSTEM IN THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY INNOVATION TEAM

Abstract:
The position system in scientific research team, as an important part of scientific and technological innovation project, plays an important role in promoting scientific and technological innovation and the sustainable development of the scientific research institutes. The coordinated development of the position system has a far-reaching effect on promoting the ability of scientific and technological innovation. Taking the Institute of Pomology, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example, this paper analyzed the present situation of personnel structure, function and employment in the scientific and technological innovation team. And then it put forward some suggestions on strengthening the team construction, innovating the talent flow mechanism and improving the organization guarantee.
