事业单位分类改革和科技体制改革背景下,加强科研事业单位绩效管理显得日趋重要。文章对科研事业单位绩效管理的认知、科研事业单位绩效管理研究热点领域等方面进行综述,并以水产科研事业单位——中国水产科学研究院为例,对其开展的绩效管理框架、管理效果及存在问题进行了分析,提出有助于提高科研事业单位绩效管理效率的对策建议。 |

On the background of the reform of the institutions and the science and technology management system, strengthening performance management of the public institution of scientific research is increasingly important.Taking Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences as an example, this paper reviewed the performance management and research focus of the public institution of scientific research, analyzed the performance management framework, performance management effectiveness and problems, and proposed some suggestions to improve the efficiency of the performance management of the public institution of scientific research. |
