加快水稻科技创新 保障国家粮食安全

摘要:
水稻科技创新是农业科技创新的重要组成部分,对保障国家粮食安全,促进农业增效、农民增收以及经济社会可持续发展发挥了重要作用。文章分析了加快水稻科技创新工作的意义及面临的挑战,并从学科建设、平台建设与协同创新等角度,提出了谋划我国水稻科技创新工作的初步构想,以期为“十三五”科技发展规划制定、推进现代化院所建设以及科技创新工程等科研管理工作提供参考。

Abstract:
Rice science and technology innovation, as an important part of agricultural science and technology innovation, plays an important role in protecting national food security, promoting agricultural efficiency, increasing farmers' income and developing economy and society. This paper analyzed the significance and challenge of accelerating rice science and technology innovation, and put forward the preliminary idea of the scientific and technological innovation of rice in China from the perspective of subject construction, platform construction and collaborative innovation. The results would provide a reference for science and technology plan during the "Thirteenth Five Year Plan" , and promote the management of the institutes and technological innovation projects of scientific research.
