| 文章对农业科研单位新引进科技人员的特点进行分析，提出重视对新引进科技人员培养的必要性，使年轻科技人员尽快在科技工作中发挥作用。以中国热带农业科学院橡胶研究所为例，介绍了新引进科技人员培养方面做法及取得成效，以探讨农业科研单位对新引进科技人员的培养机制的建立。 |

| This article analyzed the features of the newly-employed researchers of the agricultural research institutions, put forward the necessity of training new employed researchers to quickly join into the research activities. Taking the Rubber Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences as an example, this paper introduced the practice and experience in training newly-employed researchers, and explored the training mechanism for newly-employed researchers of the agricultural research institutions. |
