文章针对中国热带农业科学院14个科研单位进行问卷调查,并用SPSS软件进行频数、相关性和回归分析发现:在中国热带农业科学院工作时间5年以内的科研人员学历以硕士博士为主; 随着学历的增长其归属感减弱; 科研人员随着在单位工作时间越久,职称越高,其归属感越强; 年龄与学历、最高职位、工作时间、职称等存在低度至中度相关。提出注重科研人员的培养学习和对外交流,完善的薪酬体系,良好的文化建设以及柔性管理等措施激发提升员工归属感。 |

Abstract: |
Taking 14 scientific research units of Chinese academy of tropical agriculture as an example, this paper analyzed the belonging of the scientific research personnel by the questionnaire survey and using SPSS software. The results showed that most of the scientific research personnel who worked five years for the Chinese academy of tropical agriculture got the education degree of Master and Ph.D.As the growth of the degree,the sense of belonging was weakened. Researchers with the longer working years had the higher title and more sense of belonging. Age and education, the top job, working time, title, etc., had moderate correlation with the belonging. It put forward some measures to stimulate the staff belonging, such as to pay attention to the scientific research personnel training and external communication, perfect compensation system, and the good cultural construction, and so on. |
