| 文章总结了“十一五”以来中国农业科学院农业环境与可持续发展研究所加强重大科技成果培育的主要经验与措施，阐述了促进成果产出取得的成效，从组织好重大课题的研究实施、加强学科体系建设、优化成果培育计划等方面对进一步提升重大成果产出水平进行了思考。 |

| This paper summarized the main experience and measures to strengthen the cultivation of scientific and technological achievements since the "11th Five-Year",analyzed the effectiveness of these measures, and put forward some strategic advice to improve scientific and technological achievement output in the future, such as well organizing major project implementation, strengthening the construction of subject system,and optimizing the plan of scientific and technological achievement, etc. |
