| 建立适合我国国情的农业科研绩效管理机制，推进在现有资源投入条件下实现最大科技创新产出，对提升我国农业科技创新能力和公益服务能力具有重要意义。文章在对我国农业科研绩效管理现状进行梳理的基础上，比较分析了国内外同类科研机构先进的绩效管理经验，提出了进一步完善我国农业科研绩效管理制度的对策和建议。 |

| Establishing the agricultural research performance management mechanism and achieving scientific and technological innovation can enhance the innovation and public service capacity of agricultural science and technology in China. Based on current situation of research performance management, this paper analyzed the management experience in the advanced foreign research institutions, and proposed some suggestions on improving the research performance management system of agriculture. |
