| 以中国农业科学院果树研究所实施的科技创新工程为例，阐述了2015年试点期在体制机制创新、科技创新能力、人才团队建设、科研条件建设、国际合作与交流等方面取得的成绩，分析了科技创新工程实施中存在的问题，从现代科研院所建设、学科布局、人才团队建设、支撑转化能力进行了思考，对下一步工作提出了建议。 |

| Takingthe institute of Pomology,Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example, this paper illustrated the achievements of system mechanism innovation, technology innovation capacity,team construction,research conditions construction, and international cooperation incarrying out the Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation Program (ASTIP) in Chinese Academic of Agricultural Sciences. And then it analyzed the problems in ASTIP and proposed some suggestions for the modern research institute construction from the aspects of subject layout, team construction, and supporting capacity. |
