| 特产研究所自2006年获批修购专项以来，截止2015年，共有16个仪器设备购置类项目， 1个升级改造项目获得批复。文章简要分析了修购项目实施前后科研情况的变化，总结了实施经验，并提出了相关建议。 |

| The institute of special animal and plant sciences of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences had acquired many special fundamental research funds, including 16 projects of equipment procurement and 1 project of upgrading and rebuilding from 2006 to 2015.This paper discussed the improvement and development of fundamental research funds in the institute of special animal and plant sciences, summarized its experience of the implementation, and put forward some suggestions. |
