| In the new situation of science and technology driving innovation, taking the agricultural scientific research innovation culture construction as an example, this paper analyzed the importance of innovation culture constructionin promoting the innovation abilities in the agricultural research institutes of science and technology, discussed the way of strengthening construction of innovative culture in order to provide the beneficial reference for improving innovation ability of science and technology in the agricultural research institutes. |
