| In 2000, the principal investigator system which launched all over the world had established in China. The principal investigator is a representative of the excellent technical personnel, who plays an important role in improving international competitiveness.This paper analyzed the basic conditions that the principal investigator should have, including modesty interests, leadership skills and spirit of the craftsman. |
