| 工勤人员队伍是农业科研单位中重要的力量，它为提供后勤保障服务、辅助单位科研事业的发展起到不可忽视的贡献作用。然而，由于这支队伍相较于管理、专技队伍人数占比较小，人员整体文化素质水平低，关于工勤队伍的管理、建设常被忽视，产生诸多管理方面的问题。文章以中国热带农业科学院环境与植物保护研究所为例，拟提出工勤人员队伍建设的建议，包括思想教育、培训晋升、机制完善、探索转型等方面。 |

| Abstract: |
| The support staff group is an important force in the agricultural scientific research units, which plays an important role in the development of the logistics service and the scientific research. However, because of the less numbers compared to the management, professional and technical staff and the lowover all personnel quality level, the construction of the team management is often overlooked and has many management problems. Taking the Institute of environment and plant protection, Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences as an example, this paper put forward some suggestions on the construction of the contingent of workers, including ideological education, training promotion, mechanism improvement, exploration and transformation. |
