| 文章以农业科研单位与高等院校联合培养研究生现状为基础，分析了存在的政府力度不足、研究生培养与管理制度尚不完善、培养学制与科研项目周期间的矛盾、课程设置与科研需求之间的矛盾等问题，提出了政府部门加大支持力度、完善研究生培养与管理制度、加强项目执行规划、设置模块化课程体系等建议，以期为农业科研单位与高等院校联合培养研究生的长期发展提供参考。 |

| Based on the current situation of jointly training between universities and agricultural scientific research institutes, this paper analyzed the problems such as lack of government support, imperfect system of postgraduate cultivation and management, the contradiction between the educational system and project cycle, and the contradiction between curriculum and demand for scientific research. Then, it put forward some suggestions such as increasing government support, perfecting system of postgraduate cultivation and management, strengthening project execution plan, setting up modular curriculum system, and so on. These results could offer references for jointly training postgraduates between the universities and agricultural scientific research institutes. |
